I know that the vast majority of my readers are women, but today I am bringing you a new feature called “In His Closet“. The idea developed from the very simple realization that most women are the fashion advisers for the men in their lives–be it their dads, brothers, husbands, or sons. Unless you are lucky enough to be married to a very fashion forward guy, you’ve probably been in charge of clothes shopping, or at least advising, a time or two (or ten). Thus, I have determined to bring you a monthly style guide for the boys! I am basing this style roughly off of my own… which is generally casual, relaxed and heavy on simple, classic pieces.

The first look I am bringing you is called the “Weekend Traveler”. I see this outfit being warn by any stylish guy on the go. The jacket and leather accessories give a rugged appeal, while the aviator glasses and crisp shirt keep things looking classy and professional.
